Our services and referrals enable individuals in and around North Carolina to receive the care they need and to reduce the need for out-of-community placement. Using strength-based focused approaches, we develop community relationships which build on and improve the successes of the community we serve.

 

Through our services, referrals, capability-focused and skill-building methods utilized by our capable staff, individuals are engaged with their successes. To enforce this, we combine community-based intensive case management strategies and clinical interventions based on the individual’s unique strength.

We also believe that all individuals are capable of becoming productive members of their communities, no matter what their past is. We work collaboratively with the mental health industry to ensure that our services are effective and empowering and promote long-term success.

Additionally, we partner with other agencies to develop and implement strength-based service plans. To continuously improve and ensure the quality of our services, we always use Best Practice models.
